20 Minute Parmesan Pasta With Broccoli

Quick and easy Parmesan pasta with broccoli, ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Add broccoli to the pasta during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  3. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then return to the pot.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Combine garlic and olive oil with the pasta and broccoli.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
