Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut cream, maple syrup, coconut oil, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add oat flour and coconut flakes, mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in, spreading evenly.
