Delicious and healthy version of the classic spaghetti carbonara made with turkey bacon.

  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add garlic and sauté.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Combine the cooked spaghetti with bacon and garlic, then quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture.
  5. Serve immediately with additional cheese and black pepper.
