  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
