A delicious and easy recipe for baked ham and egg pots that combines chicken ham and turkey bacon for a delightful breakfast or brunch option.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grease small ramekins and distribute the ham and bacon mixture evenly among them.
  5. Crack an egg into each ramekin on top of the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the eggs.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
