  • 10 Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream, Biscoff spread, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
