Biscoff Salted Caramel Cheesecake is an easy and indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies and salted caramel.

  • 200 grams Biscoff cookies
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 600 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams salted caramel sauce
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Crush the Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and beat until it thickens.
  5. Pour in the salted caramel sauce and mix gently.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
