- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and season with garlic powder and onion powder. Cook until browned.
- Assemble the bowls by placing chopped lettuce at the bottom.
- Add cooked turkey, diced onions, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Top with crispy turkey bacon and pickles.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce before serving.
