Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and season with garlic powder and onion powder. Cook until browned.
  3. Assemble the bowls by placing chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  4. Add cooked turkey, diced onions, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with crispy turkey bacon and pickles.
  6. Drizzle with barbecue sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any vegetables you like.
