  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and press each wonton wrapper into the tin to form cups.
  3. Bake the wonton cups for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  5. In a bowl, mix the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  6. Once the wonton cups are cooled, fill them with the salad mixture and sprinkle the turkey bacon on top.
  7. Serve immediately.
