Caramel Apple Cheesecake

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in chopped apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let it cool before removing from the pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
  • Drizzle extra caramel sauce while serving for added sweetness.
