  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan, spoon the cream cheese mixture on top, and swirl with a knife.
  7. Add the remaining brownie batter and swirl again.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes
