  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, shredded chicken, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread out evenly.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
