  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Heat milk and butter until warm, then add to the dry ingredients along with eggs, coffee, and vanilla.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough, shape it into rolls, and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Let them rise again before baking at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Mix powdered sugar with brewed coffee to make a glaze, and drizzle over the warm rolls.
