  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
  3. Slice the French bread in half and hollow out some of the bread from each half.
  4. Stuff the shrimp mixture into the hollowed-out bread.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
