  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 pound chicken ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then stir in the flour to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, followed by the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add the cheddar and Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add more cheese on top before baking.
