- 8 ounces pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add chicken ham to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and olive oil.
- Add cooked pasta, chopped turkey bacon, and sautéed chicken ham to the bowl.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes, green onions, and bell pepper.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
