  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and thyme, cooking until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir and simmer until the sauce thickens.
