Creamy One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add pasta, chicken broth, and salt. Bring to a simmer and cook until pasta is al dente.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Chop the turkey bacon and fold it back into the pasta.
