- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
