- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
