  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and milk.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Gradually add this mixture to the chicken mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
