Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dip each Biscoff cookie in the coffee briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
  6. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone on top.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some extra Biscoff crumbs on top.
