- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, diced

- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
