- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken ham, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Slice the sub rolls and place meatballs inside. Top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return the subs to the oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
