  • 500 ml heavy cream
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 4 large egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Start by melting the Ferrero Rocher chocolates in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale.
  3. Add melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
