Flourless Chai Spice Cake You’ll Make Again and Again

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve as desired.
