  • ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Gruyère or Swiss)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and salt; cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into circles to fit your tartlet pan.
