  • 2 pounds beef flank steak
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay the beef flank steak flat and place turkey bacon on top.
  4. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the turkey bacon.
  5. Tightly roll the steak and secure with kitchen twine.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the braciole on all sides.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, cover with marinara sauce, and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove, let rest for 10 minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef flank steak overnight.
  • Serve with a side of spaghetti or garlic bread.
