  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
