  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup guava puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in guava puree and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger guava flavor, use more puree.
  • Serve with a guava glaze on top for extra sweetness.
