- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
