Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the dried figs until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the fig puree to the dry ingredients and combine until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into logs and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing.
