Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic to the pan, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Steam the cauliflower until tender, then blend with the milk until smooth.
  4. Mix in Parmesan cheese, diced chicken ham, and season with salt and pepper.
