Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest, and then slice it.
