  • 500 grams chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken in soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and sauté until cooked through.
  4. Add the diced bell pepper and green onions, cooking until slightly tender.
  5. Mix the cornflour with a little water and add to the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and serve hot.
