  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry the mixed vegetables until tender.
  5. Serve the chicken over rice, topped with cooked vegetables and a drizzle of gochujang sauce.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds.
