- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter, diced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add egg and mix well.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts in the pans.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before removing from pans.
