  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts in the pans.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool before removing from pans.
