  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the mango puree, sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mango mixture.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in water, then mix into the filling.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, remove from the pan and serve chilled.
