  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
