2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
