  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches with sugar and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the melted butter without stirring.
  6. Pour the peaches over the batter, do not mix.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the peaches.
