Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract, followed by the chopped pistachios, flour, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add milk until the dough comes together.
  5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
