  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the pumpkin batter into the prepared loaf pan, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture, then repeat with the remaining batters.
  7. Swirl a knife through the batter to create a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
