Pumpkin Cake Pops

Delicious pumpkin cake pops that are a perfect fall treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugars, egg, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, crumble the cake into a bowl and form into small balls.
  7. Insert sticks and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Melt your chocolate and dip each cake pop, then let them set.
