- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
