- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
