  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in the red food coloring, vanilla extract, and cream cheese extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
