Reuben Bake: Easy Comfort Food with Turkey Bacon and Chicken Ham

Reuben Bake

Delicious and easy to make, this Reuben Bake combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups corned beef, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 loaf rye bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded corned beef, turkey bacon, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In another bowl, combine the bread cubes and Thousand Island dressing until the bread is well coated.
  4. Layer half of the bread mixture in a greased baking dish, then add the meat and sauerkraut mixture on top.
  5. Top with the remaining bread mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute corned beef with tempeh.
  • Serve with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side.
