- 4 cups corned beef, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 loaf rye bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded corned beef, turkey bacon, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, combine the bread cubes and Thousand Island dressing until the bread is well coated.
- Layer half of the bread mixture in a greased baking dish, then add the meat and sauerkraut mixture on top.
- Top with the remaining bread mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute corned beef with tempeh.
- Serve with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side.
