Rib Marinade

A delicious marinade that enhances the flavor and tenderness of beef ribs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
  2. Mix well until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  3. Place the beef ribs in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Remove ribs from marinade and grill or bake as desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate for up to 24 hours.
  • Use fresh herbs for a different taste.
