- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
