  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Then add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gently fold in the apple pie filling, cinnamon, and half of the salted caramel sauce.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then top with remaining salted caramel sauce before serving.
